How to make a request

1. Contact us using the details below. Include the email address or phone number registered to your Brolly Chess account, and say that you want your account and associated data deleted.
2. Send from your registered email where possible. The team may need to confirm account ownership before processing a request.
3. The team will confirm when the request has been completed, or explain any further steps or information that must be retained.

Do not send your password, sign-in token or a verification code. If you cannot access your registered email, explain that in your request. You can also send a written request to our contact address.

What account deletion covers

One account is shared by the website and app. Deleting it applies to both versions.

• Your account email, phone number and password hash.
• Sign-in sessions linked to the account.
• Saved lessons, puzzles, mini-game progress and practice statistics.
• Your current game and other account saves stored on the server.

Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to this account and its saved progress.

Device copies and retained information

Uninstalling the app or logging out does not delete your server account. To remove local recovery saves, game history and device preferences, clear the app's storage or remove its local data. For website copies, clear Brolly Chess site data in your browser.

Any information retained for a security or legal obligation, including its retention period, will be explained when the team handles your request. This page does not promise an automatic deletion deadline.
